Asparagus and sweetcorn soup with chicken & mushrooms. Low fat

Asparagus with shallots mushrooms little chicken and corn with added skimmed milk. #GoldenApron23

cornflour

100 ml

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

With spray oil in a wok cook the shallot, mushrooms and set aside.

* Step 2

In a pan fill with pint of water add stock and chopped asparagus and boil for 10 minutes. Let cool and blitz. Then add the mushrooms and shallot and chicken.

* Step 3

With cornflour add the milk and stir, then add to pan and keep stirring on a medium heat until it thicken a little then add the corn and keep on simmer and serve.
