YouTube inspired for a quick bun, I don't buy bread loaves anymore as on a diet. And this recipe you can have these as a bun I think Americans call them biscuits and have with there cooked meals to scoop up gravy or mash. Also you can fill with ham or bacon. No sugar No salt, No yeast. Only flour and milk. The original recipe I watched uses double cream I used skimmed milk and tasted brilliant.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put flour in a bowl and gradually add the milk and mix in lightly to form dough.

* Step 2

Place on chopping board and flatten down doesn't need to be too thick and with cookie cutter or top end of jam jar make circles. I got 2 from this recipe. I let it rest for 15 minutes and then added in airfryer or oven.

* Step 3

Place in airfryer for 10 minutes on 175c on bake mode and when cooked enjoy 😊
