Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Both chopped up small, diced.

* Step 2

Add to hot water and boil for 10 minutes until soft but not to soft.

* Step 3

When boiled put through siev, then mash a little then press with fork and mix around, ready to season and serve. Season with salt and pepper. Serve alongside chopped chicken breast with lightly fried mushrooms and onions.
