Good old fashioned battered fish & chips.
Smoked basa fish is a species to the catfish in the family Pangasiidae . Basa are native to the Mekong and Chao Phraya basins in Mainlands southeast Asia.
I found this fish very tasty and didn't really have a strong fishy smell.
Ingredient

Cooking time :
10 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix flour milk and egg together until smooth enough to stick to the fish.
* Step 2
Sit the fish in the batter, cut the fish into any sizes you like.
Sprinkle some seasoning to the mix and stir around.
* Step 3
Heat some oil in wok or pan when hot immerse your fish browning each side.
When cooked serve with chips.
