Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean and thoroughly wash the leaves and drain excess water. If you have time....spread it on a clean cloth and let the excess water dry. Take little amount of ghee in a kadai, once heated add the leaves and stir it on low medium flame and keep stirring till it turns crispy. You will start hearing the rustling of the leaves like when you walk on a layer of Dried leaves in a garden. Take it out and let it cool.
* Step 2
If you want you can sprinkle salt after it's cooled. I don't usually.
Serve with Hot / warm Steamed Rice 🍚 and have it at the beginning of the meal.
