This is Instant Baked Chana Jor Garam/ Black Chickpea Flakes, the popular snacks of India and a popular Street food too.
It can be eaten alone as it is or can be made as a Chaat with Onion, tomato, chilli, cilantro, lemon juice and few spices added to it.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pressure cook the soaked Chana for two whistles and let it gradually release it's pressure or boil and cook it till it becomes soft and well cooked but not mushy. Then press it between your thumb and index finger one by one or with rolling pin or the base of a steel bowl or glass, whatever you are comfortable with.
* Step 2
Preheat oven at 150°C. Mix all the seasoning ingredients. Drizzle oil and sprinkle 2/3 of the seasoning spice powder and mix it gently to coat the flakes, spread it on the baking tray lined with Baking paper and bake it for 45 minutes or till it dries and turns Crispy.
* Step 3
Once it's dried and crispy, cool it on the tray itself. Sprinkle rest of the seasoning masala and toss it. Serve fresh or keep it in an airtight container to relish it later on with a cup of tea or mix in onion, cilantro, chillies, lemon etc and turn it into Chana Jor Garam Masala Chaat!
