Muesli (Oats,Fruits, Nuts & seeds with Yoghurt & Honey)
One of my favourite breakfast with Oats, quick and easy to make ...add in whatever fruits, seeds, dried fruits and nuts you have and have a nutritious and healthy, fiber rich breakfast.
I love yoghurt rather than milk in it.
Love oats porridge too.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Juice one orange and mix it to the curd along with honey and mix well. Then add it to the rolled oats in a bowl or vice versa and mix well and let it soak for about 10 minutes. If you like it to be more softer soak for longer time or overnight too but I don't like too soft but rather crunchy, so I don't soak for a long time.
* Step 2
Meanwhile the oats soaks, prepare the fruits. Divide the soaked oats into two bowls, top it with fruits, seeds and nuts, dry fruits like raisins, dried Berries etc. too and serve it and have it with orange juice or any fruit juice or have it alone.
