Inspired by @Arunathapar27 Arunaji, on the Day of Independence Day I also tried to make Tiranga/ Tri Colour Idli by adding Finely Chopped Carrot and Beans.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To prepared batter, add the Finely Chopped carrot and beans.
Temper it with Mustard seeds, Chopped Curry leaves, Hing in hot oil. Mix it well. Prepare your Idli moulds - oil it if it has no perforation or line thin pieces of wet cheesecloth/ muslin, if it has perforation. My mini idli mould has no perforation/ hole, it has only the sides but my bigger regular size has holes (like the old days Idli maker) so I line it with wet cheese clothes cut almost the size of each moulds.
* Step 2
Steam the Big ones for 20 minutes and small ones for 10 minutes. Enjoy with Chutney of your choice, Podi/ Gun Powder, Sambhar & Rasam whatever you want to have it with.
