Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings

Cooking time :

20 minutes
3 cups (720 ml)

water

1/2 cup (120 ml)

milk or as needed

2-3Tsps

CTC Tea

as per taste

Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Crush the cinnamon stick and cardamom, boil both with saffron and water for about 10-15 minutes till spices are steeped in the water and you get a nice aroma (the water will be halved by this time). Meanwhile boil the milk. Add the CTC tea and boil & steep the tea for about 5 minutes or so, if you want you can add the sugar too now or add it later in the cup / mug as per taste.

* Step 2

Add the hot milk and boil for 2-3 minutes. Strain and serve it hot. If you want, add few Saffron strands in individual tea mug / cup too.
