#boxweek18 #curd #mysterybox #cookpadindia When in season, I love to add Mango to my Lassi! The amount of sugar to be added depends upon the sweetness of the mango.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel and slice the mango. Cut a small portion into cubes and keep for Garnishing, rest add it to the Mixer grinder/ blender jar with curd and other ingredients.

Blend it for 2 -3 minutes till the curd and mangoes are well blended and smooth. Pour in glasses, garnish with mango cubes and mint and serve chilled. Enjoy!
