Very simple and easy Bhindi preparation with many health benefits .... advice for people who are suffering from jaundice, please skip mustard oil & chillies while having it during jaundice period....keeps stomach cool and clear .
As a kid when I had jaundice I started having this Bharta and started loving it and now also I still love having it.

30 -45 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and cut the okra lengthwise. Boil for 10-15 minutes in a covered pan with a pinch of salt and then let it cool.
* Step 2
Meanwhile chop the onion, Chilli, cilantro. Once boiled okra cools add all the ingredients in a bowl adjust salt and lemon juice as per taste and mix well.
* Step 3
Serve with warm rice ! Bon Appetite!
