#boxweek14 #mysterybox #paneer #mystyle Didn't have any recipe in my head,in my regular way of cooking paneer, I just added some almond flour and fresh cream which was left after making Kesar Pista Kulfi. It turned out so delicious that my son left the yummy Mutton curry ( his favourite) and asked for a second helping of Paneer. Both my Vegetarian friends loved it. You should surely try this easy and delicious recipe !

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a Kadai heat oil, add the onion and saute, no need to brown, add the ginger and garlic paste and saute further. Then add the tomatoes and saute it, add all the dry spices, salt as per taste, and some water as needed and bhunno the Masala/ spices of the gravy.

* Step 2

Add hot water as needed and bhunno it till the raw flavor of the tomatoes and other ingredients goes off. Throw in the chilies and cilantro too in between the cooking process.

* Step 3

After this add the almond flour and mix well, if needed add water. Add in the fresh cream also and mix well. Now add in the fried paneer and gently mix it, the paneer will absorb the gravy. Check the consistency of the gravy you desire, add hot water as required. Check salt, if needed add. Cook for another 5-10 minutes. Serve hot with Roti/ paratha, Fried rice, Steamed rice, etc. Bon Appetite!
