Garlic Schezwan Fried Rice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook the rice, prepare the vegetables as listed above.
* Step 2
Heat veg oil in a wok / pan, add the garlic first, when it starts browning, take out about a tablespoon for Garnishing and then add the carrot and saute, after few minutes add the French beans and then the broccoli, chillies and the diced/ chopped bulb part of the spring onion, add salt & pepper and saute it. Cook for about 10 minutes till the vegetables are cooked. Add the Schezwan Chutney and mix well.
* Step 3
Add the cooked rice and soya sauce and gently mix it so that everything is evenly and thoroughly mixed. Serve hot with Chicken Manchurian, chilli chicken etc.
