One of our family favourite milkshake .... Avocado milkshake ....I skipped the vanilla ice cream ....you can add while blending and top with it too....it takes the milkshake to another level
Another favourite preparation with avocado apart from having in salad and sandwich is Guacamole!!!!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the avocado into half and scoop out the pulp...put it in a blender jar
* Step 2
Add milk and the sugar to it and blend it till it's smooth, pausing and scrapping the sides of blender jar till you get a smooth milkshake. (If you feel it's still quite thick add some more milk till you reach the desired consistency, you can add more sugar, this quantity of sugar is just enough to sweeten the avocado milkshake). Note: If you are adding vanilla ice cream add it now about one scoop is enough for this quantity.
* Step 3
Pour it in a glass and drizzle with honey (optional) and serve chill. Bon Appetit!!!
(You can top with vanilla ice cream too!)
