Though you can have all year round but it's more yum with the Winter seasonal new potato.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes into cube size. Heat oil in a a kadai, add in the whole dry chilli and then the Paanch foron and after that the hing.
* Step 2
Throw in the green chilli also with a small slit and add in the potato cubes too, mix it add in salt as per taste. Then after few minutes add in 2 cups hot water cover and cook it till the potatoes softened up and gets cooked,it will roughly take around 20-30 mins.
* Step 3
If you need add more water. Serve hot with hot puri or luchi or rotis/ paratha.
