This is the famous aromatic lemon of Bengal. I made Virgin Mojito with it 😀
This is more of a summer drink than winter but since I had ordered it online I made use of it now 😃.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice the Gondhoraj Lebu. Here I have crushed the Lebu/lemon & mint seperately, if you want you can do in the same serving glass. Keep 2-3 slices aside. Keep few mint leaves also aside and add rest to the glass. Add the sugar too.
* Step 2
With a wooden pestle (here I have used a honey ladle to crush), crush everything. After crushing pour it in the serving glass if you are doing seperately like me.
* Step 3
Top it with ice cubes if you are adding it, then top it with few mint leaves, 1-2 slices of lemon. Garnish the glass too with the lemon slice and mint as seen in the picture (optional), which we had kept aside. Then at last pour the Soda water and serve it immediately. Enjoy !!!
