#GA4 #week16 #jowar I recently got to taste and know about this awesome Crispy Bhakri while having Gujurati thali...this was being served hot along with roti, puri, thepla etc.....so I also tried it at home ....I have mixed jowar flour with whole wheat flour and it has turned awesome.

* Step 3

Now heat the tawa on low flame, this bhakri has to be cooked on low flame so that the inside also gets cooked because it's quite thicker than our normal roti. Take a small dough and roll it out (I didn't require any dry flour), you can either do individually or many at one go and cut into into your desired size...I used a glass to cut it into 2-2.5 inches Mini Bhakri.

* Step 4

Put it on the tawa and flip either sides and cook first (don't overcrowd the tawa)then apply ghee and cook it by pressing with either a steel flat spatula or a wooden Bhakri presser till it becomes Crispy and reaches the desired colour and gets cooked. You can have with dal, curry or even with tea. Enjoy !!!
