Breadcrumbs (Regular not Panko)
#left
When you have leftover bread don't throw it away. No need to make Shahi Tukda all the time . Sun dry it and powder it and your Breadcrumbs to coat your delicious fries are ready instead of buying breadcrumbs. If stored well it goes for many days.
As a kid I used to wonder why grandma always dries the leftover breads .her breadcrumbs texture used to be different as she used to grind the dried breads in a big iron mortar and pestle and I grind in the mixer grinder...but it works for me ☺️.
It doesn't take much time to grind , if you are using mixer grinder , hardly 5-10 mins or more depending on the quantity ...but you need sun drying time....if in a hurry dry it in an electric oven at 100°C for an hour or two or until it dries and becomes crispy ...don't brown it like you make bread toast
