Celeriac gratin (get ahead for Christmas)
Delicious what could be better ? Layers of celeriac and potatoes baked in the oven and the frozen ! To get ahead for Christmas! Lift out on Christmas Eve to defrost then simply warm up as a gorgeous side dish for Christmas Day! Dig in!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat your oven to 180 degrees. Now start and Peel the potatoes and slice.
* Step 3
Onions and garlic slice and dice.
* Step 4
Take a large casserole dish and coat it with some soft butter with a pastry brush.
* Step 5
Take the celeriac, onion and potatoes and layer up.
* Step 6
Chop the rosemary and layer up the garlic and herbs too! Until reaching the top of the dish, season with salt.
* Step 8
Take some baking parchment and add some butter to it.
* Step 9
Stick that on top of the potatoes and celeriac.
* Step 10
Cook fo 45 mins. Lift out of the oven and peel off the parchment,
* Step 11
Add the cheese! Turn up the oven to 200 degrees for 15 mins or golden brown and all soft! Use a knife to check it’s all squishy through out!
* Step 12
Simply lift out and cool, then freeze until Christmas Eve, let it defrost and pop it in the oven to heat on 170 degrees for 35 mins covered with foil on Christmas Day! Enjoy x
