Salmon in cider
Spanish inspired so light perfect for summer weekday evening meal extremely quick to make!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a non-stick frying pan, add the oil and butter, dab the fish with paper towel so it’s not wet! Add it to the hot pan skin side down down a few mins until crisp, now flip it over for a few mins on the other side! Lift out and rest!
* Step 2
Boil a large pan of water add salt! Add the new potatoes and boil for 18 mins.
* Step 3
In the frying pan add the onion and garlic fry for 5 mins until soft.
* Step 4
Now add the cider and stock bubble away!
* Step 5
Prepare some veggies for the boiling water with the potatoes.
* Step 6
Now the cider and stock has simmered down add the salmon back to the frying pan!
* Step 7
Cook them for 5-8 minutes depending on how you like them cooked. Add the paprika and capers! Then lift out the salmon and wrap in foil.
* Step 9
Bubble down the sauce! Add the creme fraiche! Turn down the heat so it thickens and salt and pepper! Chop the parsley and add to the pan!
* Step 10
Now serve with the potatoes!
