Keeping this one simple there’s so many alternative coleslaw recipes this is a retro classic! Obviously add sliced apples or fennel and throw in a handful of raisins to mix it up!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large bowl throw in the cabbage and carrot!
* Step 2
Add the vinegar, mustard and seasoning!
* Step 3
Finally the Mayo and onion, mix well coating everything then set aside and serve!
