Vegan Hollandaise

This is a really tasty sauce! I’m making this in advance of Cookpads International Breakfast on Wednesday 27th November, where I will be making two types of Hollandaise! I’m really looking forward to it. The rich Cashews give it a dear flavour. It can be served warm or cold.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Using a blender put in the cashews and water.

Then the salt and lemon.

Then the turmeric, Dijon mustard and celery salt.

* Step 4

Simply blitz until smooth, if it’s a little thick just add a few drops of water and blitz again.

Simply serve!
