I've realised lately that stock will give you flavours that nothing else can. I can't describe it: it's all natural but also clean and well-rounded - you can't mimic it!

Ingredient

Food ration :

1-2L of stock

Cooking time :

30min

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean all the ingredients well and cut into manageable pieces.

* Step 2

Cover in water and cook for thirty minutes to an hour.

* Step 3

Let cool and drain.

* Step 4

Use in soups, stews, etc instead of water and see the flavour elevate to unimaginable heights! Also stores very well.
