Sausage, Bacon and Sour Milk Gravy

I LOVE my sausage gravy! Had it with rice and I just kept going! Now I'll start looking for sharers! As usual, showcasing our very own local ingredients. Sausages and bacon courtesy of Daiichi Farm, delicious!

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings

Cooking time :

4 slices

back bacon

1 bunch

dhania

2 bunches

spring onions

1/4 cup

oil

To taste

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop the onion and dhania and fry in the oil a few minutes until softened.

* Step 2

Chop the sausages and bacon roughly and add to the pot, fry until it starts to dry up.

* Step 3

Add the curry powder and cook a little bit. Deglace with some water.

* Step 4

Add the slurry to just cover the food. Bring to boil while stirring and simmer at low heat for about 10 minutes. Add water if it gets too thick.

* Step 5

Add the thick sour milk and let cook for about three minutes, stirring.

* Step 6

Taste to feel for salt and add if necessary. Remember you are using salted products!

* Step 7

Serve with rice or pasta.
