Spaghetti with Kenyan Pesto

As always, I am on a mission to maximize nutrients in super delicious, super good-looking food. One of the ways I want to do that is by disguising healthy food to look and taste different. For this recipe I managed to hide terere, spinach, and dhania! It tastes absolutely great and looks amazing!

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 people

Cooking time :

30 minutes
1/2 cup

chili oil

1 tablespoon

peanut butter

1/2 packet

spaghetti

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook the spaghetti al dente.

* Step 2

When spaghetti is almost done, put all the other ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth paste.

* Step 3

When spaghetti is cooked al dente, drain it and then toss in the pesto.

* Step 4

Best eaten immediately.
