Super Healthy Smoothy Gone 50 Notches Higher

Remember my super healthy smoothy? Well, I added some things and, o my, not only has it gone probiotic and deletes the sugar, but the taste, wow wow wow is all I can say! It has four elements: citrus, dairy, nut, and fruit. Enjoy! O yeah, another thing that knocks this smoothie out of the pack is that I used traditional lemons, oranges and bananas, you know, those ones from shags that have none of those chemicals that totally dilute the taste in addition to making them unhealthy. If you can make all the ingredients that, wow, you'll have a disease-busting tsunami on your hands! Shags mala or mursik, fermented cream, etc. Sorry for the long post: I'm a health food junkie and I want to infect everyone! :))))

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings
1/2 cup

milk

3 tablespoons

flax seeds

3 tablespoons

chia seeds

1 tablespoon

walnuts

2 tablespoons

moringa powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Squeeze the oranges and lemons and retain the juice and pulp. Please replant the seeds!

* Step 2

Grind the walnuts, chia seeds, and flax seeds in a spice or nut grinder.

* Step 3

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend, adjusting thickness with milk or water.

* Step 4

Enjoy superb taste and health!
