Refried Ndengu 'Chili'

Amp up the flavour of your leftovers to create world class dishes. This is 'a la grace' version of a combo of Mexican refried beans and chili, though I used ndengu instead of beans. Point to note is that cooked food will have a better flavour the next morning due to having more time to 'marinate', improve and marry the flavours. As always with 'a la grace' cooking, your heart is the one to direct your quantities.

Place everything in a sufuria and cook until the ndengu gets mushy and thick.
