Cooking instructions

* Step 1

200 flat rice noodle soak in warm water for about 10 mins

* Step 2

Cut half onion into oiled pan, cook 3 mins of fresh prawn with 2 tbsp of fish sauce 3 tbsp sugar, add water to cook noodle

* Step 3

Add 2 eggs right in the pan with the others, then add the 3 chopped spring onions.

* Step 4

Then add 1 handful of beansprouts.

* Step 5

Add dressing on top of crushed peanuts, sugar, and chilli powder, and mix in with the noodle.
