Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Now mix the head with the yellow wine for 15 mintes
* Step 2
Heat oil to high temperauter, and add ginger, spring onion (chopped into small stis), and sichuan pepper, and the fish head
* Step 3
Now add hot water to cover the whole head to boil. now add salt and then some wine. not too much. turn the heat to small for 20-25 minutes till the soup turning into white, and then done.
* Step 4
Now put anything else inside and enjoy.
