Cooking instructions

* Step 1

2 egg yolks + 52g milk mix + cake flour 25g stir till smooth

* Step 2

Now use mixer to mix 2egg white+15g sugar

* Step 3

Now mix the above 2 togher and pour onto the pan

* Step 4

190c 10-18minutes later, take it out and wait till it is cool

* Step 5

Then carefully take the cake out. don't need the skin

* Step 6

Now put the cream and condensed milk together into the mixer to make sure it becomes soft. and then spread onto the cake. roll and done.
