* Step 1

Put rice noodle in hot water for 10 min and then dry, mix oil and set aside

* Step 2

Clean shrimps cut from the back

* Step 3

Chop garlic cloves into fine small piece

Lay shrimp on top of rice noodle and then put all garlic on top of shrimp and a little bit of pepper

Steam for about 5 mins, dress with hot oil and soy source
