Sweet corn with Schezwan sauce

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, in a pan heat 1 tsp butter, 2 clove garlic, 1 Chilli and 2 tbsp spring onion
* Step 2
Saute for a minutes making sure not to burn the butter
* Step 3
Now add 2 tbsp onion and stir fry on high flame
* Step 4
Also add 1 tsp Schezwan sauce and give a good stir
* Step 5
Further add 1 Cup sweet corn and 1/4 tsp salt
* Step 6
Mix well making sure all the flavours are absorbed well
* Step 7
Now add 2 tsp spring onion and give a good mix
* Step 8
Finally, indo Chinese Schezwan flavoured sweet corn is ready yummy and tasty snacks
* Step 9
Garnish with your choice (garnish with chopped onion, tomato and coriander) enjoy
