Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In the pressure cooker add ghee,whole spices, cumin seed, mustard seed and onion
* Step 2
Add freshly pound ginger and garlic (else use ginger garlic paste)
* Step 4
Add vegetable:- beans, carrot and green peas (or vegetable of your choice). Mix well
* Step 5
Add chopped tomato, chilli, turmeric powder, salt.mix well
* Step 6
Add rinsed rice and dal for 1/2 cup rice and 1/2 cup dal,add2.5 cups of water
* Step 7
Close and pressure cooker for 2-3 whistles
* Step 8
Serve hot with cucumber raita or pickle
