Ingredient
Food ration :
1 small jar
Cooking time :
20-25 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Add saunf/fennel seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, Cardamom, pepper,corns, clove.
* Step 3
Roast well on low flame until aromatic
* Step 4
Turn off flame and let it cool completely
* Step 5
Add into mixer jar and make fine powder.
* Step 6
Add cinnamon powder,dry ginger powder, turmeric powder and blend well
* Step 7
Transfer into air tight container and store for 3 month.
* Step 8
How to use:- take lukewarm water mix 1/2 tsp mix and intake every morning
* Step 9
Use it place of garam masala in curries.
* Step 10
Take warm ghee and add 1/2 tsp and in take every morning
