Homemade Hummus Dip
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the chickpeas in water overnight
* Step 2
Cook them with some baking soda till they become very soft and musjy and the skin peels off the chickepeas
* Step 3
Add all ingredients to a food processor/mixer jar (except hot water and oil)
* Step 4
Tahini paste :-roasted sesame, olive oil,2 tbsp hot water
* Step 5
Grind it to a smooth paste by adding oil and hot water while its grinding
* Step 6
Once it is smooth, transfer it to a shallow bowl and add the olive oil and paprika and serve it chilled.
