Cooking instructions

Take a pan and add oil. Add the whole spices

Add fennel seeds and onion stir till the onion till they are golden brown in colour

Add the pound ginger,garlic paste

Add the chopped green chilli and tomatoes after the tomatoes get mushy add salt, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder

Add the cut up florets of one large cauliflower.

Add 1 1/2cup water.close and cook for 10-15 minutes

Make sure the masala is thick.

Garnish with coriander leaves
