Ingredient

Food ration :

7-8 people

Cooking time :

25-30 minutes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

To make rostered poha chivda heat dip pan And dry roast the thin beaten rice

* Step 2

On a medium flame for 2-3 minutes, while stirring continuously or till crisp keep aside

* Step 3

Heat the oil in a deep pan And add the mustard seed and curry leaves once the seeds crackle and the peanuts, roasted chana dal and cashew nuts,mix well and saute on a medium flame for 2 to3 minutes or till they turn light brown in colour

* Step 4

Add the turmeric powder,mix well and saute on a medium flame for 30 second

* Step 5

Add the roasted poha, chilli powder, sugar powder and salt mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes, while stirring continuously keep aside to cool completely

* Step 6

Store the poha chivda in an air-tight container and use as required.
