Cranberry and Almond Baked Oats
Once again my feed gave me another recipe involving oats that I just had to try with what I had on hand. Again I have used steel cut oats, so I needed to increase water somewhat; use ⅔ cup boiling water instead of 1 cup if you use rolled or quick cooking oats. Serve it optionally topped with extra yoghurt.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Mix oats and boiling water in an oven-proof dish. Let stand for a couple of minutes.
* Step 2
Add yoghurt, baking powder, almonds, almond extract, and cranberries and mix well. Bake at 200°C for 40 minutes.
* Step 3
Serve as is or with extra yoghurt.
