Ingredient

khaskhas

60 gms

coconut

500 gms

onions

500 gms

tomatoes

100 gms

cashews

50 gms

charoli

100 gms

mawa

to taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grind watermelon and melon seeds along with khaskhas, charoli, coconut and half of the cashews.

* Step 2

Make tomato juice. Also fry the onions and grind it to make a paste.

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and then roast some ginger.

Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and cashew paste and cashews. Cook for two minutes.

Add tomato and onion paste. Mix everything properly.

Now add mawa to the mixture. After cooking for 2-4 minutes, add garam masala and half cup hot water.

* Step 7

Lastly add salt according to taste. Garnish the curry with cashews and coriander leaves and serve.
