Dal Tadka

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put Daal in cooker and cook till 3-4 whistles. Also add turmeric and salt.
* Step 2
For tadka, take a oil in a pan and heat it.
* Step 3
To this add all the dry masala and mix well.
* Step 4
Now add onion and cook and then add tomatoes and green chilli.
* Step 5
Mix well and add daal but without meshing it.
* Step 6
Serve it with rice or roti or naan and garnish with coriander leaves.
