Fenugreek (Methi) with Arbi ki Sabzi

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and clean well the veggies.

* Step 2

In a cooker add methi, Arbi and onion and cook till 2 whistles.

* Step 3

In a pan heat the oil.

* Step 4

To it add green Chilli and ginger and garlic. Cook for 2 mins.

* Step 5

Now add tomatoes and all dry masala.

* Step 6

Cut the boiled veggies into small pieces and add to the tomato pan.

* Step 7

Mix well and serve the sabji with roti.
