Cranberry Muzaafar

Muzaafar is a shahi rice desert, Muzaffar : rice cooked with some fruit.

Ingredient

Food ration :

6 servings
250 gram

Basmati Rice

75 gram

Desi ghee

300 gram

Milk

150 gram

Sugar

200 gram

Cranberry

5 pieces

Cardamoms

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak rice for one hour

* Step 2

Boil rice upto 80 percent and drain water.

* Step 3

Put in pot and all ingredients and put on slow fire for 15 to 20 minutes.

* Step 4

Check your dish if rice tender properly your dish is ready to serve.
