corn flour

1 tablespoon

rice flour

1/2 teaspoon

kasuri methi

1/2 teaspoon

sugar

4 tbsp

oil

as required

Thin vermicelli

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

At first chop coriander+green chillies, cabbage, capsicum and carrot

* Step 2

Take one bowl add all these things mentioned, add pulao, and all chopped vegetables, mix these things with help of small amount of water.

* Step 3

Brush some oil on tawa, take small portions of the pulao veg mix,press with help of your fingers,coat it with vermicelli then spread on tawa. After 1 minute add some oil allow it to cook then flip it off. The whole procedure you have to do in a low medium flame.
