Masala paneer

#lunchbox #cookpadindia__my son's favourite, this is my version of of paneer masala.

250 grams

paneer

50 grams

matar

5 tbsp

oil

1/2 teaspoon

teaspoon of haldi

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

At first take oil in a kadhai add chopped onions and sugar fry for 4 minutes then add matar. Gradually add tomato paste, salt and all kind of dry powder masala as I mentioned.

* Step 2

Fry for 5 minutes then add paneer pieces mix all these things together and half cup of water fry till water evaporates and give a thick texture.
