#cc2022 #week4___ Dessert__this is very unique recipe e of Odisha . I have tried this for first time it comes out so well and one can have it as a dessert.

Ingredient

250 grams

ripen pumpkin

1//2 cup

Suji

1//2 cup

semolina

3/4 cup

jaggery

2 tablespoons

sugar

2 tablespoons

sliced coconut

1/2teaspoon

salt

3 tablespoons

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and cut pumpkin into small pieces along with it's skin add half cup of water cover it cook in a low flame for till done.

Assemble all these things except ghee and coconut slices, mix well with help of hand

Take one flat pan keep one small katori in middle, inorder to get proper shape of the pitha. Place coconut slices and add 2 tablespoons of ghee add the batter tap it allowed the flame high for 5 minutes afterwards make it slow, cover the lid once it's done gradually try to flip it off

* Step 4

Try to flip it off. Add some more. Cook for another 5 to 10 minutes in a low flame no need to cover.its done.
