Polenta with butter and garlic

1 tablespoon

butter

1 tablespoon

chopped garlic

1/2 teaspoon

of chili flakes

1 tablespoon

chopped coriander

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grind fresh corn along with salt with help of water to a thick paste. Take one kadhai add half cup of water into it when the water starts boiling add corn paste and keep stiring for 5 to 7 minutes.

* Step 2

Take one pan add butter, chopped garlic and coriander try it for one or two minutes in a low flame. After serving Polenta in a plate add this mix from top.
