Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak gobi for half an hour with haldi and salt water. Cut each florets of gobi into 4
* Step 2
Take oil in a Kadhai add Jira and sliced onion fry till Brown
* Step 3
Add gobi e e and don't keep the flame low during the preparation
* Step 4
If you lower the flame gobi release water and makes the preparation little watery. All dry masala and salt lastly cover for 3 minutes.
