Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take oil in a kadhie. fry chopped onion

* Step 2

Add bhindi, slited chilli and currypatta. fry for 10 minutes.

* Step 3

Add tomato and all dry masala including salt.

* Step 4

Soak tamarind for half an hour and extract pulp.

* Step 5

Add this pulp to bhindi,sugar and little water. cover it. cook till done.
