Neer Dosa

Neer means water. The consistency just like water. More of health less of oil.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings
2 cups

rice

1 tbsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak rice for 6hours

* Step 2

Grind with coconut and salt to a fine batter.

* Step 3

Spread one drop of oil and sprinkle water. Now tawa is set for Dosa.

* Step 4

Spread the batter first from sides gradually come to centre. And cover the lid.
