Cheesy Frittata

Cheesy Frittata is an easy and quick to assemble recipe for a delicious breakfast or brunch. (Note: see bottom of this recipe for optional Mini-Frittatas directions.). This recipe includes: eggs, egg whites, tomatoes, bacon, tomatoes and basil. Takes only 10 minutes to assemble and 30 minutes to bake. Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° F.

* Step 2

Beat together the whole eggs, egg whites and water with a whisk in a medium siaxe bowl until blended.

* Step 3

Stir in 1/2 cup of the cheese, tomatoes, bacon and basil. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate.

* Step 4

Bake 25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into 6 equal sized servings.
